Synopsis: ‘Good Luck Getting Through This’

Placed together using Video8 & Hi8 tapes, displaying footage across England & Scotland, ‘Good Luck Getting Through This’ is filmed through the lens of a hand held camcorder – you know the one’s from family vacations that ended up on vhs to gather dust! The audio narration of poetry was all legitimately captured on a 1970s Cathay cassette recorder. It’s gonna be a challenge for you to endure this… 

Wade Radford combines the futility of poetry, and the dead style of recording as an escape from our lives playing out for likes in 4K… A modern, mellow mediation if you will?
