Wade Radford describes himself as a Folk(ish) poet & guerrilla filmmaker. Mainly known for his contribution to low/no-budget cinema of the 2010’s, he is probably best known for his portrayal of Kayden ‘Quinn’ Daydream in the ferocious 2014 indie film ‘TWINK’. Between 2012-2019 Wade put out an incredible amount of independent and controversial films. As a zine-maker he has created nearly 100 independently produced and distributed zines including poetry, polaroid photography, his ‘Dear…’ series, ‘The Busby & Me’ and his investigative zine ‘The Last Desert Sun’, that focuses on the life of Manson Family member Paul Watkins. In 2025 he returned with his new award-winning documentary ‘The Busby & Me’ about North Yorkshire’s haunting of the Busby Stoop Inn. In the background he continues to make avant-garde short films, employing his old Video8, shot on video media format.
